Tell us how you quote today. After your first week on BlueApe, we set your monthly rate from your own QuickBooks numbers and tell you the figure before you pay anything. It stays fixed for the year. If your business outgrows it, we call you — you will never see a surprise invoice.

Do you charge per user?

Is there an implementation fee?

No. Setup is part of the product and takes about 15 minutes at your counter for the first quote; your history imports from QuickBooks after that.

Do I have to leave QuickBooks?

No. BlueApe does the quoting, ordering, inventory, and shipping; QuickBooks keeps the books. We sync both directions.

What about AI usage limits?

AI is included in your subscription. There are no credits or meters to watch.

What if I outgrow my rate?

We call you and propose a change. Nothing changes on your invoice until you agree in writing.

Where is my data?
