These terms govern the BlueApe text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by BlueApe LLC ("BlueApe," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages from BlueApe, you agree to these terms.
BlueApe sends occasional account and product text messages to people who have given prior express consent — for example, a one-time verification code when you sign up, updates about your account or trial, and replies to questions you have raised with us. We only text a number after that number's owner has opted in.
You opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing during signup or account setup, or by texting a start keyword to one of our numbers. A verification code sent to confirm your number is a one-time transactional message and does not by itself enroll you in any marketing messages. Marketing or product-update messages are sent only if you separately and affirmatively agree to them.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with BlueApe. You will typically receive only a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. BlueApe does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and will not send you further messages unless you opt back in. Reply START to re-subscribe. For help, reply HELP, email support@blueape.ai, or see the contact details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide when opting in, including your mobile number, is used only to operate the messaging program described here and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or your messaging consent.
The program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission and coverage.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
